Pharmacy Network Services has recently been made aware of fraudulent phone calls to seniors in which the callers identify as individuals representing “Pharmacy Network.” A number of recipients of these calls have contacted this organization – Pharmacy Network Services. This serves as public notice to beware that Pharmacy Network Services will NOT contact individual patients or guarantors to request any prescription transfers or medication information via telephone. It is believed that the individuals claiming to represent “Pharmacy Network” are seeking to fraudulently obtain personally-identifiable information and/or prescription transfers.

If you believe you are being contacted by scammers using similar company names, DO NOT provide any information. Please contact your insurance carrier immediately and report the situation.
